Found this: "Peter Pan's Flight is closed for refurbishment from Sunday, May 22 through Thursday, May 26, and will re-open on Friday, May 27, 2005." I admit - it was starting to look pretty shabby, BUT THIS STARTS THE DAY BEFORE WE GET THERE!!!!   :c rying:

OH Man, I'm sorry! That stinks....
Are you going to miss it completely? It opens back up on our first day in the park. Hopefully it won't take as long as they have planned and maybe you'll get to ride it.

Thanks - it starts while we are there so we'll make sure we get in as many rides on it as we can. DW, DS are arriving the 19th, so they'll have some time too. I know it's a little hokie, but we really like Peter Pan's Flight

I am dissappointed that the rehab is only a week long. I wish that they would update some of the effects and maybe put up a new facade. Oh well, what can you do.

Just wondering, how much can they do to it in only 4 days? Obviously, not a major overhaul. I guess they will replace the foil in the volcano and change blown out light bulbs.
