Profile Cutters?
I have absolutely NO idea what to call them, so I'll just call them profile cutters. These are the people who look at your child(ren) and then, using only black paper and scissors, cut out their profile. Profile cutters.
Anyway, I have a few questions about them, since we're going June 9 (I'd be more exstatic about it if something else weren't occurring then....) 1) Do they charge by the head, or by the picture? 2) What is the normal rate? 3) We're not taking our children, so I thought about taking pictures of them--do we need their left profile, or their right? 4) How many children can they fit into a picture? My wife's sister would love for us to take pictures of all 6 grandchildren with us, so that they could cut them all out and then someone would put them into one huge frame to give to my mil and fil. I'm not big on this idea, because (1) that particular sil is very pregnant, and will be having her baby in July, and (2) I'm not entirely sure that you'd even be able to tell which child is which with that many profiles. Thanks for your help, guys!

Re: Profile Cutters?
Oh, OK. I thought the sillouettes were just the chalk drawings. My bad.
If it's on MS in DL, it might also be in the MK. I'll have to ask one of the barbers (I'm going to do my best to get a haircut while I'm there!)

Thank you with the "only 2 profiles" piece. That helps a LOT. I wasn't real hip on the idea of doing all 6 grand children, esp when there's one on the way, and we've decided to start fostering little girls at the end of June, so we can eventually adopt a daughter. The picture would soon be out of date.

Re: Profile Cutters?
I hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but 6 bucks a piece, the frame is extra.. they can do a whole family (or so I was told)
They're in Liberty Square, downtown Disney, France in Epcot, and somewhere on Main Street. Is that right? Now the chalk portraits, I'd love to know more about those.

Re: Profile Cutters?
My most cherished Disney souvenier is of a silhouette I had done in Liberty Square of my daughter and I. This was done 20 years ago. I think I gave $5. for it then and $3 for the plain black frame. It has both of us facing the same way, my head cutout is behind my daughter's head cutout in Black paper then they are placed on white paper. It hasn't faded in the least over the years.
