Park guide books
I'm sure I'm not the only person who would like to see the Disney Guidebooks from the 80's in the WDW stores. Or even better sell the maps from the MK grand opening or even Epcot (Center's) grand opening. I'm sure they can reissue the maps. Disney would make a fortune!!!

Re: Park guide books
I would like to see them as well. I think it would be really cool to see how the parks have progressed since opening.

Re: Park guide books
I agree...that would be very cool. I'm sure there are a lot of things that I have forgotten about from the 80's that would be fun to look back on.

Re: Park guide books
I still have my Epcot map from when we went in the early 80s. It was the first year Epcot was open. Kinda cool, because they didn't have all the foreign lands built, so they weren't all on the map.
I need to go get that out of the box its in. I know exactly where it is, but getting up in the attic is just not my favorite thing to do. I hate crawl spaces. Especially in the summer heat....

Re: Park guide books
I have always been a saver of memorabillia. My first trip to WDW was in 1979, and I have the guidebook. It is really cool to look at. It is 24 pages long, and broken down by land. The centerfold is the map of the entire Magic Kingdom.
One thing that I'm not sure about is the Walt Dinsey World Village. On the cartoon map, it looks like it is south of the Ticket and Transportation Center. It has the Empress Lilly, Treehouse Villas, Fairway Villas, Lake Buena Vista Club, and the Vacation Villas. Could this be Downtown Disney or am I all mixed up?
