I need to activate my AP voucher when we arrive at WDW. The problem is our flight doesn't get in until 8 pm and we are taking DME to our resort. I am guessing 2 hours from the time we land to the time we get to our rooms. Our first morning we have an 8:05 PS (AR) for CRT. Will the ticket window at the MK be open at 10 pm if the park closes at 10 pm. If not, will the ticket window be open before 8 am so I can get my AP activated if there isn't an EMH that day?

Where can I find the hours for guest services at Downtown Disney? I am willing to go there to activate my AP our first night if it's still open.

I just called Disney to find out the answer to my question. Guest Services at the park are open for official park hours and the windows are not open for EMH as I hoped. However, guest services at Downtown Disney is open from 8am to 11 pm Sunday through Thrusday and until 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday. It looks like we will head to DD to activate my AP. Darn, it looks like we will have to have a late night snack at Earl of Sandwich!

I may call back later and see if another CM gives me the same answer. I am so worried about getting to CRT on our first morning, it would be so sad to miss it because I can't get my AP activated.

Getting your AP activated usually takes less than 10 minutes!

I just edited the rest of this post because I didn't read your entire first post....sorry.

You'll have to go to DTD the night before. You should make it there in plenty of time. Now, as long as you can get up and make it the next day!!!!!

That's good news We are staying at WL so if we can't get it activated the night before at either MK or DD I will head over early and get in line at Guest Services. I assume the window would open an hour before the park. I didn't think to ask that while I was on the phone. The best thing that could happen is that we get to WL by about 9 pm and I could run over the the MK and activate it there.

Remember. All of you need to go when you activate passes. You cannot activate passes for the rest of your family. All pass holders must be present.
