Ticket question

I want to buy our tickets before we leave home to save a little money and so I get the reward dollars to use on our trip. If I order my tickets through WDW before we leave home can I have them put on our room key when we check in at our resort?

I have an AP so I know that can't be done for me but I would like for the rest of my family to have their room key, ticket, and charge card to be the same. In the past we have always had Length of Stay passes so this hasn't been an issue for us in the past.

I had the same question. I was hoping to save the money and buy them before the trip, but I really like having our room key be our passes too.

Anything but length of stay passes won't be put on your room key, but I'm not sure how it works with the new magic your way plan. I know that APs and PHs are tickets within themselves and will not be but on your room ticket.

If we can't get them added to our room keys if we buy them before we go I will have to decide on savings vs convenience.

They don't have length of stay passes any longer, do they? If they did it would make things easier for us.

With the magic your way plan if you buy a PH with a set number of day and don't get the "doesn't expire" option then they expire in 14 days. To me, that is a length of stay pass.

I just liked the ease of the old LoS pass. I guess I liked to go to any park as many times as I wanted. Now we have to worry about pluses and spending enough time in the park to make it worth using the plus or a days ticket. Before I didn't feel like I was wasting a day if we were only in the park for a couple of hours.

I know exactly how you feel. I now feel like we will have to spend at least half a day at Disney Quest or the Water parks to make it worth using one of our plus features on the new magic your way tickets. Before, we had no problem going for an hour or two with the ultimate park hoppers.
