Breakfast in the castle

We are going to disney in a little over two weeks. We tried to get the kids in to have breakfast at the castle, but we were told it was sold out. What are our chances of a "walk in"?

Shirlie, welcome to DisneyCentral. Yes, you must book Cinderella's Royal Table 60 days out. I was told during out last trip though that 2 days before they release all of the cancellations, so that would be my suggestions. The chance of just walking up is very slim. Every time I have eaten there, there is always a line of people asking to eat. I would just call every morning and check if there is any availability. You could also try the Princess Breakfast in EPCOT, while not in the castle, there are princesses there.

We also really enjoyed the breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. I think the food was the best we had and we saw some different characters which were a good second for the princess breakfasts at the castles. We saw Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland. One of the good things about both of those characters is that they could actually talk -- speak -- with my granddaughter. They both also spoke to her -- remembered her from breakfast -- from their places in the Spectromagic parade late that night! She sure thought she was special! The Mad Hatter was absolutely hysterical -- such a good personality! 1900 Park Fare is a nice restaurant and much easier to get PS. Whatever you choose, you won't be sorry! Enjoy your trip! :)

To book CRT you have to give a cc#, and if you don't cancel 48 hrs. in advance you pay a penalty. Once you're there you might find availability. Just have them check each day, and good luck!

Hello...

We took our daughter there when she was 2 and then 4. It was wonderful to have Cinderella interact with her.
But, since then, they have changed it.

So, even though she is going to be 17 next week, and her brothers could care less about THE CASTLE, we are having lunch there.
The characters are not there, but the ambience is!
I love to look out those windows and down onto the street.
It is such a magical place.
Please consider having lunch there. It is wonderful!
