Free pins at Downtown Disney.

Not sure if this is old news or true, but someone who just returned from WDW last week told me that children can receive a free pin/pins(?) at the pin trading center in Downtown Disney. They said that on MONDAYS the center has games set up (like ring toss, etc.) where kids can earn pins as prizes. I don't know what the limit is, age limits, or if you have to pay to play the games but I thought some of you might be interested.

My guys are too little for pin trading .....

Getting excited -- almost to single-digit count down now!!!!!!

Wow, I hope this is true! Any kid would have a blast playing games and getting a Disney token - for free! Heck, I would, too!

Have a wonderful trip, Buzzsmommy and family! Don't forget the picture email in EPCOT so that we can all be jealous of you while you are actually there! :)

buzzsmommy,
we came home monday from disney, but i hadn't seen anything about the free pins. Any room in your luggage to take me along, Hatfield is very close to my home. Have a great time at disney and remembert to take lots of pictures. When you go to epcot make sure take go on the test track (depending how old your son is), my 9 year old loved it. We also enjoyed the back lot tour at Mgm, and the who wants to be a millionaire and Mgm is a must. Go early in the day to avoid lots of line waiting.:o

Thanks Louise for the tips!

You're welcome to squeeze in if you can fit between the double stroller, two car seats, duffle bag of blankies & stuffies, extra snacks and toys for the plane ride, ... , need I say more? My guys are just turned 2 and 3.5. We are all very excited, although I do believe the boys think they are flying to a big Disney store (probably not far from the truth, lol)!!!! We are hoping for a nice relaxing trip and will be moving at a toddler's pace (and senior citizen's pace too since Grammy and Pap are coming too!). What ever we see, we see. What ever we miss, there's always next time! If we make it on one ride, see the characters and a parade or two we will all come home very satisfied. Anything else will be icing on the cake.
