Thoughts on Passholder Best Rate Program

Hi,
I've been gone for a few days and noticed that there is a note on MouseSavers.com about the "Passholder Best Rate Program." It really doesn't sound all that good to me. In summary, you have to book 120 days in advance and there will be a nonrefundable deposit required and you can only book 1 room at that rate. Not sure how you book additional rooms.

Wow. Seems like AP'ers are getting creamed and not rewarded. For me, the room discounts were one of the big pluses of the AP. Maybe I'm missing something here.

Re: Thoughts on Passholder Best Rate Program

It also seems you already have to have the pass to book the rate. I usually buy the pass when I get there and then show it as I do not continuously have the pass. I strategically purchase them when i plan to travel more than once in a year. Does anyone know how to do this if you do not yet have the pass?
