We just returned from a week at Disney World. When I checked our photopass online I found that we have our pictures plus a few of another family. I wonder if they have our pictures on their photopass too or if they just don't have theirs. Has anyone else had any problems with photopass?

Ya, we had a similar problem. Not all of our pics were there. They have a form you can fill out and they'll attempt to find your pics. Be as detailed as possible as that will help.
In our case, they finally found them. As far as the other family's pics, I just deleted them.

Photopass has had a few problems.... Just ignore the other families pictures. I am so glad everything worked perfectly with mine.

I wish that you could have the ride pictures put on photopass too. I would love to have been able to choose from the ones on splash mountain and other rides. The good thing with photopass is that you can choose photos later so you can get the best pictures.

Some of our photos weren't on our photopass in dec. But I didn't know they could look them up and find them at that time.

Through July 31 (I think) passholders get 20% discount on Photopass photo purchases!!

Now I know I am not in caveman's time... but why have I never heard of this? Can someone please explain what the photopass is... thank you

Welcome to DC! Photopass at the park is worth it. When we first got the card I didn't think much of it. We were there for two weeks. The second week we started using them, we actually had two of them. When we got home and looked up the pictures, I was disappointed we didn't use them more.

When we go down there this winter, I'll use them every chance I get. Its easy to do and no expense if you don't like the pictures. A must do at WDW.

We thought it was a great idea as well. It seemed like back in Dec we saw lots of the PhotoPass photographers out and about, but in June we didn't encounter as many, and really didn't get to use it much. We are also planning on really using the service this December.
