WDW Marathon crowds
Has anyone ever been to WDW during the WDW marathon?
I inadvertantly planned my January trip on the same weekend as the WDW marathon. I'm taking my (9 yr old) nephew on his first trip (he won't know until Christmas). We arrive on Thursday Jan. 9 and leave Sunday evening Jan 12. What are the crowds like? Disney has events set up on Friday and Saturday at Wide World of Sports so that could keep participants away from the parks, and of course the Marathon is Sunday. I know January should be a slow time but with the marathon... |
