Help with AP benefits

I'm sure that this question has been posted many times before and apologize, but I'm new with an AP and keep hearing that the different parks have rest areas for AP members that are air-conditioned and possibly even provide something to drink. If so, where are they? I can't find anything online anywhere with this information.

Thanks for your help.

I know these areas used to be in the parks but I don't think they are still there. My Passholder book has no information in it about special rest areas.

They haven't been around for a couple of years. They were very nice. However, there are still other lounges around if you are a member of AAA or work for GM. There could be others, but these are all I've heard about.

Thanks Captgoodguy, now that you have mentioned other lounges, I am also a member of AAA so where would I find their lounges?

Re: Help with AP benefits

I thought you had to buy your package from AAA in order to use their lounge?? Don't they give you some sort of voucher to use it?

Re: Help with AP benefits

Yes, the only way you can get into the AAA Lounge is if you book your trip through them.
