I am sooo excited...

my husband

is going with me now instead of my son!!( Not that I wouldn't of had a great time with my son) It will be just the two of us!!

We haven't done this since....1995??

I hope he will dress-up with me at MNSSHP!?!? I will definatly have to do a t-shirt type costume now. A great thing about him coming too, is he will be my photographer at charactor meals!!

I was excited and just thought I would share my great news!!

8/20/2005 - UPDATE!! My DH

has always wanted to stay at the GF and I called today, just for kicks

, to see what kind of a rate I could get and I got a great rate (still one nite is more than a whole stay at PC

) using my Passholder discount and he said ' let's do it'!! So we are now staying at GF for the very first time.

So now my question is....should I request a room type, number, or building or just see what we get? DH said just see what we get. Our reservation is for a Garden View and I think she marked our file noting it is our anniversary. Any thoughts?!?!

I have too many threads going....As mentioned on another thread, I think I will have to keep it real simple. I think this will be my chance to get him to wear the Bride and Groom Mickey Ears! He always resists. But our anniversary is Sept 10

and we are going Sept 30-Oct 3.

Or I could just make him a Mousketeer shrit and suprise him with it there

...he is much more into it when he is there.

I think you should do both...convince him to wear the bride/groom ears, and surprise him with a Mouseketeer shirt once you're there! Those are great ideas!!

You guys would look so adorable with matching shirts & hats.

He sounds like my DH...my DH gets excited about Disney, but I know he won't be into the full swing of things until he gets there.

At least he's excited when he's there though!!

He hasn't been to WDW yet, only DL, so I think it's even harder for him to get excited at the prospect of going to WDW.

He is always in my pics, too. He says too many

I over heard him telling my cousin that he really enjoys being my photog at the charactor meals. He said he loves to see me act like a kid

. I thought it was cute because he had never said anything to me about it and he didn't know I was listening this time.

Congrats! How exciting! Taking pictures, I love both - taking those special pictures and having them taken. We take two cameras so we don't miss anything and we can both capture those special moments of each other. Although I really don't like my pictures taken - everything is different at DISNEY!
