AP question-moving to fl-renewing AP
My neighbor currently holds an AP but is moving to FL how can he update info so he can renew as a FL resident and at the FL resident renewal rate?

He has to show proof of Florida residency. Meaning either a Florida driver's license or a utility bill with a Florida address on it. (There may be other ways, but those are the ones I know of)
