Does anybody know what time the guest services open? I think I saw an indication somewhere it was at least 30 minutes before the rope drop.. is that right? Or does it open earlier?

I have a couple of tickets (the kind that they give as gifts to employees or unhappy people) I'll need to take to the window to get exchanged for one day hoppers. Also I'm wondering about the hand scan (bone scan?) for the 4 day hoppers. Do they do that right there when you go through?

I'm just wondering if it is early enough (an hour before the rope drop?) that I could go could go over and get the one day hopper ticket situation squared away early so my parents aren't waiting for me on that. I was at Downtown Disney but I forgot to look at what time the guest services opened there. I guess that's another question. If I could get the tickets changed out there instead or if they can do that at the resort?

If not, I guess my question is - what is the earliest I can get in the parking lot. It's an early entry day. What is the earliest the buses start to run on early entry days? An hour before early entry starts?

I just have too many questions..

Edit: I've found info ranging from 1/2 hour - two hours for the time buses start running before opening. I'm going to think hopeful that it's 2 hours before opening.
