Character Storytelling Experience at Epcot

Does anyone know about the 2003 Character Storytelling Experience at Epcot?

Is this new, or has anyone else done it?? Here's what I know (from WDW)

*Disney's Dream Maker Package 2003 Character Storytelling Experience at Epcot -
meet one of your favorite stars from our animated classics and hear their story
(reservations required - subject to availability). This event features a 10-
minute story told by a "themed storyteller" (not a Disney Character). After the
story is read, a Disney character from the story magically appears for 35
minutes for photos and autographs.

The Character Storytelling Experience takes place on the second floor of the
Imagination Pavilion at Epcot, and is offered five days per week, four shows per
day. Reservations are required and can be made through Disney Dining (walk-ups
are allowed space permitting).

I'm not sure if this is new or not. I can't find anything online officially or unofficially that describes or really even mentions it other than in the Dream Maker package. I called Customer Service and they said that the Character who "magically appears" will be a "face" character, so that narrows the field on which character could appear.

Thanks for checking! I called Disney Tours to ask about the program. The CM said that it is a new program, the seats are limited, and would be characters like Alice, Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan.

I was hoping that it would be characters like Woody and Buzz Lightyear.
