Not so grand

So I started to make my ADR's today, and I asked to speak to someone in Grand gatherings because I wanted to see when the fireworks cruise would be held, even if I couldn't book it today(this week are my 90 days, and I know some thimgs you have to do exactly 90 days out if it is not dining.) So I get the guy and he tells me his calendar stops at Jan 14th, the day we arrive, so he can't even tell me when they will have the cruise. He didn't expect to have the hours until November. How silly is that? How can I book the cruise 90 days out if they don't have the schedule yet? And I don't even know what days it is offered while I am there. Grrrrrr.....

No, you have every right to vent. How frustrating. Call back again and get a different CM....you would be shocked if you know how many conflicting answers I have received on the same day just by calling back. Give it a shot. you may get a really good cm who is willing to work a little more to find out some information for you. Good luck.

I was thinking the same thing: You need another CM.

Especially for the cruises. Those things go pretty fast.

I agree with everyone call back, I called yesterday to ask when I was going to get my Plant Hollywood voucher and the CM told me 45 days before my trip along with my ME vouchers.....and we all know that you do not get your ME 45 days out

No luck so far. When I called back they told me they thought the only day they would run it is the Friday before we leave, but I can't book that yet, because it is not 90 days to the Friday. And this CM's computer only went to the 14th for Special events as well.........If I don't get this cruise, my in laws will kill me. They NEVER stay on site, this is their first time and they go to Orlando every year, but I told them they just had to so we could do a Grand Gathering

Grand Gathering doesn't sound like it's going like it should. Aren't you supposed to have your OWN Grand Gatherings consultant!??!?!

what fireworks cruise are you looking to book? i booked the wishes cruise 90 days exactly to the day and had no trouble getting the day i wanted. also, the time for the fireworks were also out for september at that time. i don't understand how they don't have the schedule for the time you want it. what number did you call? try giving 407-WDW-PLAY a call if you haven't already.

Got a CM who has a calendar, apparently, and the Grand gatherings cruise runs the Sat we get there, Sun, Tues, and Friday. None are booked up as of yet (probably because noone had a calendar. Of course, the park hours have not been announced yet, so they can't tell me what TIME the cruise is (this is bordering on ridiculous, yes?)
Now, to pick which day......
