I have a really bad sense of smell (darn those sinuses), but I can always smell that wonderful scent of oranges when riding Soarin'. Ahhhhhh. You guys are going to make my take a special trip to Epcot aren't you?

For eveyone who has never been on Horizons, you can actually by a DVD on Ebay that takes you through the attraction, and shows you how it was connected to CoP. (Same family? seems almost uncanny, but they were both GE at one point)

I haven't ridden Sorin' at WDW, but have done the originial at DCA... I love the oranges. There's also a smell, I think when you fly down by the river, that just smells SO good. I got some new dryer sheets and I when I went into my laundry room, I kept getting this happy feeling from the smell... it took me a while to figure it out, but I'm pretty sure that it's close to the same Sorin' smell!

I'll be able to confirm in a couple of weeks!

It's a pine smell by the river...we have a candle that is identical. Also the ocean smell was great.....
I was just there and wish I was back. The DCA version is Identical, but the line themeing is much more boring in WDW. It's bigger (much) and does not tie into the history aviation as in DCA, just makes you feel like you in an airport.

It must be the ocean then... not the typical smell *I* think of around the ocean, but I'll take it. It's fresh and slightly florally, I think.
