We are staying at CBR from Jan. 7th until Jan. 15th. We have the dining plan. So here are part of my plans
Jan. 8th Chef Mickeys dinner ps for 4:00
Jan. 9th Le Cellier ps for 6:30
Jan. 10th Crystal Palace ps for 4:45
Jan. 11th Mama Melrose with the fantasmic package ps for 4:00
What should we do for the rest of the time? What about the first nite?

50's Prime Time is good, I would also try Sci Fi, Hollywood and Vine, California Grille, if they are all part of the dining plan.

For our trip we are going to Chef Mickeys for breakfast, Planet Hollywood, 50's Prime Time, ESPN Club, maybe Fulton's Crabhouse and maybe one other place, if we can agree on one.

If you like to try new things, give Boma a try. I loved it. Also, we really loved the buffet at Hollywood & Vine. Great food, and an awesome desert bar. Hope you have a great trip.

Jen -- you might really enjoy the Jamaica buildings when you get to CBR! You could request Jamaica when you check in -- hey, you never know!

CBR is an awesome resort, close to TL, BW, EPCOT and MGM. I also agree with MissDisney, Jamaica is the spot to pick. We were in Building 41 which was short walk to the bus stop, the pool, playground and laundry. OPR is a short walk over the bridge.

Our favs for dining were:

Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) - Both dinner and breakfast
House of Blues (DTD)
1900 Park Fare (GF) - only had breakfast there
Mickey's Backyard BBQ (Ft. Wilderness) - loads of fun, but a little pricey for picnic type food
Donald's Breakfastosaurus (AK) - loads of fun too
ESPN Club (BW) - they usually have sports guests
Beaches n Cream (BC) - a must for desert or late night snack
Whispering Canyon (WL) - lots of fun

For other things to do

Disney Quest is fun if you are into video/virtual games
Miniature Golf is a fun one too
Rent a Surrey Bike at BW, WL and I think CSR
Stroll around BW at night for the entertainment

Ooooh forgot Chef Mickey's (Contemporary) - only had dinner there and O'hana's (Poly) for dinner. We also at at the foodcourt a few times too.

I thought about beaches and cream, so now I definitely think we will go there. As for disneyquest we did that last year and our kids our a little small and didn't really have fun, but daddy did!! I will try Jamaica, this is our first time staying on Disney property, so I am very excited.

You will love CBR, tons to do for the kids on your down time, playgrounds, beaches, pools, the island, lizards, birds and bunnies. When we were there in May, there were a few CM's making towel animals at OPR in the AM. They were free, so needless to say, we have several from the mornings we picked up a quick breakfast.
