I need help planning a trip quick!

DH just agreed to go to Disney again this year. He will only be able to take 2-3 week days off so we are planning a long weekend trip to FL. My question to you guys is when to go. We were originally looking to go Spring Break 4/2-8 but we couls possibly go 2/18-22. When would you go. DH is less than thrilled about going but is willing to go because he knows it would make me and kids happy so I want to go when it is least crowded! Any suggestions for these weeks?

That easy go in Feb!

If you want to go when it's less crowded, then definitely choose February. The only thing is the weather is iffy then. Could be warm and pleasant, could be a bit nippy. If you don't mind packing some more clothes, go for Feb. If you need Florida warmth and sunworshipping, go for the spring dates.

I was definately leaning towards Feb but we can only go the weekend of President's day and I was worried about the crowd levels then too.

Hey fellow Atlantian, I am formerly from Cumming.

If you can swing the februrary dates, it will be much less crowded. Spring break in Disney is a hectic time and can have very long lines. It is also a littel cooler in Februrary. Don't worry, your husband will come around, you can't help feel the magic once you get there.

Spring break crowds are going to be FAR worse than President's Day weekend crowds. I would definitely suggest February.

You're right, President's Day weekend can be crowded too, but still less than spring break.

From what I hear Cumming is really booming. I work in Alpharetta and traffic around here is mad! Dh has never felt the magic LOL! My avatar is actually my license plate so if you ever see me honk!!!

Hectic is an understatement!!!!!
We went spring break a couple of years ago and well, we will NEVER do that again. The lines were intolerable, the crowds were huge....Ugh.

Go in February - WDW is still fun in a sweatshirt!

Let us know what you come up with for plans. I would also say Feb.

I sure will be curious to see how our one day visit is during Spring Break before our cruise. We will just be happy to be there, but I will report back on the crowd levels.

We will be trying Feburary for the first time next month. We are hoping it is everything we have been told it is. We have a very good friend who visits WDW often and February seems to be a great time to be there. Good Luck!
