Am I going at the right time?

I am going April 26-May1. Im starting to worry that I have booked at the wrong time. What are the croud levels and the weather? Last time in April we had a rain free vacation.

I would assume most students will be back in school by that time and no more spring breakers anywhere. My MIL and Best Friend, who both live in Florida, said it's been alot warmer than usual, so just be prepared for that. As far as rain goes, obviously Florida is very unpredictible so I would just be prepared for both. It's obviously not storm season when you are going so you won't have to worry about that. I would be prepared for suprises showers though.

Right on!! I just worry about my mommom. She is 71 but can probally do better than me!! last time we went the kids didnt ride dumbo cause the wait was 1 hour. There was no way I was gonna wait just to ride dumbo then on the way home I felt so bad cause thats what Disney is all about to them.

I think you are going at the right time. I saw you posted in another thread about being upset Pirates was closed and you were thinking of rescheduling. Well lucky you, Pirates will be open from April 7-30 before closing again on May 1. So I think you picked a great time to go if you want to ride Pirates.

There IS NO BAD TIME! I would rather be at WDW under any conditions -- crowds, rain, snow, famine, locusts, powerful heat or hurricanes, earthquake, mudslide -- than in my kitchen doing dishes right now! LOL

Its not a bad time to go, just be prepared to run into a few spring breakers. I don't think the crowds will be too bad though and the weather should be great.
