Hi All,

We'll be at MK Sep29 before and durring MNSSHP.

Schedule shows MK closed at 6pm reopening at 7p for MNSSHP.

I tried to get coveted rez at the LTT for the gap - already full.

Surely they can't empty the park in an hour (and stop calling me surely).

Q: What happens if you're in MK at 6pm and holding tix for MNSSHP?

I've never been but I think I read once everyone is sent to Tomorrowland for that hour but I'm not sure. I'm sure someone else here know better than me.

I don't think anyone's lived to tell.

We're going to the Halloween Party on the 22nd, but I think we'll clear out of MK earlier than 6 to let the kids get some rest before the long night.

I suppose they could start closing off the outlying areas a little before 6 to start funnelling people back toward MainStreet. I would imagine they've got the converstion from "regular" MK to "Halloween" MK pretty much down to a science (as they must with the Very Merry Christmas nights as well).

They give you an arm band and the park rides stay open for you as long as you have that band. You can ride anything after 6 with that band. I have seen them refuse people after 6pm without the armband (it was at the playground in AK). The shops are still open.

If you are making an ADR, just tell the person on the phone that you have tickets that night for the party. We tried LTT at about 5:15. It was perfect... You will have a great time!

We will be there on the 29th also! We have a ADR at Tony's at 5:00. I would have made it a little later if I would have known at the time we were going to MNSSHP.

I think it's the same as when Disneyland hosts a private party over here...there's an hour gap in order to get everyone without the wristband out of the park. If you have the wristband, generally you will still be able to enjoy everything during that hour.

We'll be there on the 29th too! As everyone's already said, you can pick up your wrist band as designated locations and you can keep enjoying the park throughout the hour "break"! Keep trying for LTT - someone MIGHT cancel.

They do clear the park in that hour. Everyone with a MNSSHP arm band it taken to one area of the park to wait while they clear the park and get things set up. We have went to Tomorrowland one year and to Adventureland another. I have seen a few guests that try to stay with out an arm band but Disney does a pretty good job of clearing the park.

Guest without arm bands that do try to stay in the park can not ride on the attractions and can not get a trick or treat bag for candy. They give you those when you get your arm band.

It is a great time - this will be our thrid year in a row and our fourth MNSSHP. We were having so much fun we went twice one year!

We've got an ADR for Tony's for dinner on the 29th too! I think ours is for 5:45.

We went last fall and they did not do this. They just set up around people.
I thought they would move everyone and was surprised when they didn't.

MNSSHP is a blast....have fun!
