Walking Trash Can

About this walking trash can. I've seen it mentioned on here twice so I take it as a sign that I need to ask about it.

I saw it in a video that was posted on here, and I thought it was very funny. I've been to Disney tons of times and have never seen this walking trash can. Is this something that happens often in Disney, or was it just in that video? (I wish I could find the video to post or the post to post it on here. Post was there a lot)

Push is hilarious!!! In Dec. we were waiting for DD and DS to get of Space Mountain and Push was right by us, he was having a race with an elderly woman on a scooter.

I've seen Push in Tomorrowland at MK, and at Rafiki's Planet Watch at DAK.

I remeber reading some where that it works by something but i forget it was something like ....someone standing near by with a remote control and a microphone or something ??

I think it is SOOO funny! Of all my Disney trips I've only seen the wallking/talking garbage can twice, both times at AK. One time he was entertaining the crowd right BEFORE rope drop and he was actually pretty funny and entertaining.

They also have a "walking/talking" palm tree now that acts in similar fashion! I hope you get to see the trash can!!

Yes, when I saw him in Tomorrowland, I was able to spot the two CM's that were controlling his every move.

that is just too funny
unfortunetly push isn't functioning as much as it used to
teh cut back on crew people have made it harder for push to be used

My DS loves PUSH and we were on a hunt for him for a few days. We finally asked in Mickey's StarTraders where he normally hangs out and a VERY nice CM told Nathan that she would do some checking for us since PUSH lives in the back of the store. She came out and told us that he's off on Friday and Saturday and comes out and these times:
10:00
10:50
11:40
12:40
1:30
2:40

She was right and we had no trouble finding him. He's usually around the restrooms near Mickey's StarTraders.

We also saw him at Rafiki's planet watch, right outside the petting area. We had about a 10-15 minute HILARIOUS conversation with him, and not once did I notice the "helper." It was a great time, I wish I had thought to video tape it!

I saw him I believe near the bathrooms after main street when you first get into the park.

He was cute and interacted with the kids.

I have always seen him in tomorrowland. It is always a challenge to see who can spot the "helper" first.
