A co-worker of mine was at WDW last week and said evening EMH was packed the 2 times they went. It seems many resort guests are opting for PH option and funneling into a single park as the others close.

I asked about FP during EMH and he said the only FP open he saw during EMH was TTrack.

I realize these were his isolated experiences - have any of you noticed a group increase during EMH?

In all honesty, last year at MK, there was about the same number of people as there are during the day. After Wishes, the park seemed to thin out a bit. I guess because small kids were already asleep by then. When you get to the midnight/early morning mark, there's not much of a crowd.

We were there in May and there was very little wait time on everything during EMH.
I'am sure what time of the year you are there makes a big difference. Joe

Just to clarify, I was there in July of last year.

I was at WDW last year during the last week of July and the first week of August and evening EMHs were packed. At MK most posted wait times were 40+ minutes. We didn't stick around for any evening EMH on our last trip (May) since we got so much done during the day.

My experience and understanding is that EMH at MGM is the worst. The high-school age kids really love the night scene at MGM and it can get very busy.

I have done Epcot twice now in the last 6 months, and both times, the park was pretty dead. Once Illuminations finished, there were some just walking around, but we were able to hop no just about any ride that was open, however, Test Track was pretty long. Definitely less crowded than during the day, we even walked right onto Crush, which had an hour long line earlier in the day.

I didn't notice to big of a crowd when I did it at MK and MGM in October. WE didn't stay all that long, but when I was there, everything was a walk-on. It may have gown in popularity since then, as it was new when I was there last. I don't plan on attending any this upcoming trip. I still prefer early morning touring to any touring.

We were there last July for 14 days, EMH was the only way that we were able to get on the rides. It was so hot during the day and the lines were so long. We decided to stayed around the resort at the pool and then went to the parks during EMH. The MK was busy at first but after wishes it really started to thin out. We stayed to about 12:30 and was able to ride everything we wanted.

Dis4all-
we were there last Sept./Oct., & although we only did Epcot during EMH's, I can tell you, like Mickey said, that it's empty!! Most people are either still at MK or scouting out a spot for Illuminations. it was awesome!!

I have never done the EMH's but I think we will try them this trip!

I believe it definately has a lot to do with what season you are in. When I was there in Sept, PM EMH were empty. Almost all the rides in Fantasyland were less than 10 minutes, some were even walk on (IASM, PP, SW). But then again, the longest wait I had on my whole trip that week, even during peak times in the day was 15 minutes!

that is definately something to think about- we did EMH to Epcot the last round we went but this time we will have 2 little ones and a crowded bus will be more difficult than the last time.
