We are going to Disney in September and I really really want our 3 year old to take part in this. She would feel so special!! But she is only 3 and there would be plenty of other opportunities for this but I'm not sure if I can wait!! Does anyone have pictures they can post and let me know what package they purchased? I LOVE PICTURES!! I would definatley want to get the imaging package but does anyone know if you can get that seperatly or do you have to by the castle packege to get that? Are the dresses better quality and less itchy or should you just bring your own from home?

Here are the different packages to those who are curious:

The Princesses-to-be can choose from one of three unique packages listed below.
The Coach Package includes one of three different hair style options (Fairytale Princess, Disney Diva or Pop Princess) along with fun accessories, including hair extensions and shimmering make-up. This package is offered at $35 plus tax.
The Crown Package includes one of three different hair style options (Fairytale Princess, Disney Diva or Pop Princess) along with fun accessories, including hair extensions, shimmering make-up and nails. This package is offered at $45 plus tax.
The Castle Package starts at $175 plus tax and includes everything from the top of your tiara to the tips of your slippers! This package features all the offerings of the Crown Package along with the following:

A complete costume of your choice
Fun accessories
An Imaging Package that includes four 4x6 prints and one 6x8 print of the Disney Princess after her makeover

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique now also offers a boys' experience called "Cool Dude." Cool Dude offers hair styling, colored gels/sparkles and Mickey stencils for young men looking to enhance their appearance.

Does anyone have info on that one? We have a 6 year old boy who might want to feel included while his sister is getting her hair done. I heard a rumor that it is only $10!!

I do know that for little or no money one can get Mickey stencils, colored gels and sparkles at the Main Street Barber Shop with a regular haircut (see my pics with blue hair and Mickey on our trip report thread!).

I'd be interested in this as well. We are travelling with 4 girls between us aged from 3 to 9. They would just love this. I'd do it myself if I could.

Nope Cavey, I am with you on this one. I think it's quite a lot to splash out on just a hour or so. My little one (3) would be just as happy playing in Donald's playground or similar. If I had an endless supply of cash then I would do it no hesitation but on a regular trip then no way. No matter how fab it is.

I scheduled one for our trip in Dec. and the CM told me it takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

This will be so much fun but I am thinking that we will wait until our McKayla (turned 3 in June) is a little older to really enjoy it. I think she is going to be so overwhelmed as this will be her first trip to WDW that we will have to take her back another time and do the Boutique then.

I paid the Crown package for my 6y DD. And she just loved it. I also thought it was a bit pricey, but the look of her face when we got there, when they gave her a "beeper", when they called her by her name, and after she saw her face costs much, much more.

I would definitely pay for it again when we return.

My DD chose the Diva look, which included a wig-like hairpiece (which costs $10), 2 mickey barrettes (also $10), makeup to take home including fake nails. Those were included in the package, but she also wanted a Tiara which I purchased for $10.

It is worth the price for little princesses.

Thanks your for your help. I will probably do the crown package and add the pcitures to my picture pass. At disney its not all about the money. It's about the look on your child's face.

Your exactly right Abbysmom....the look on dd's face is exactly what its all about. My dd just loves sitting in the hairdressers having her hair cut. Being made up into a princess would be priceless for her. She is excited already about it and we dont go until late next year. I am not sure which package we will do. Leaning towards the crown package.
Mayrag...what is the beeper thing you mentioned. And the wig-like hairpiece,2 mickey barrettes, makeup to take home including fake nails that you mentioned being in the package....you mean this is in the $45.00. If it is I don't think that that is too bad value wise.
