SM refurbishment
I just read on allearsnet that Splash Mountain will be closed for refurbishment from Jan. 2 - 27. bummer.

Every major attraction needs heavy refurb once a year or so. Remember, unlike most amusement parks, the WDW parks are open 365 days a year, and see more guests than anywhere else, excepting Disneyland Park. That's some heavy usage.

I agree that it needs refreshed, but this makes me so sad! Its my last week working here (and having free admission
 ) ! Can someone remember to bump this thread closer to the time?? My mom is coming Dec. 29 -- Jan 5 and she will be devestated if she doesnt get to ride it before it closes! |

They did it in october last year...they finishes it right before I got there. The one that hasn't been done in awhile is RnR...they better wait till after my trip.
