Epcot Food & Wine report
Hi,
Just returned from Food & Wine (F&W). This was our 4th in a row. WOW. We think it was the best ever. We just did Epcot and the food stands around the park. We didn't participate in any of the special events, unless you consider enjoying the Beach Boys and Little Richard. <g> My "best of show" was the Italian dessert Zeppole. Of non desserts, I'd have to saw the Mexican Chilaquiles was my favorite. The salmon from Canada was marvelous too. But we ate there early, like when it opened to try to assure the salmon was freshly prepared. We tried probably 80% of the stands, and the only thing I wouldn't go back for was the Chilled Rock Shrimp with Mango Salsa. It seemed like it had been prepared hours before. Very small, few and soggy shrimp. Can't wait for next years event. Frank |

Thanks for the report, it sounds like you had a great time. One of my goals is to get the the F&W festival one day. I finally got to the Flower & Garden festival last year so I have some hope.

F&W is our favorite event of the year at Disney. FLower and Garden has been expanded for '07 I hear. We've been there. We enjoy that too. Disney never fails to amaze. Frank |
