Best prices on Annual Passes???

I never bought an annual pass before is there a better place to purchase one? Also, if you do get an annual pass, should you get one for everyone if you plan on going back again for another visit?? It would be myself, DH and 3yr old DS. I have twin infants but they don't require passes. I never went to Disney more than once in a year.

If you know for sure that you will be going back to DW more than once a year. Yes, the annual pass is well worth it. My DH and I purchased ours in Nov. last year, and will be returning this May. I still am waiting for the Annual Pass Rates to become available for after April 9th.
I do have my reservations made for the Coronado, but want to weigh our opitions, that is as soon as the rates become available. Although, I feel I really got a good price for the Coronado with the code I used.
If you know that you won't be going to the water parks, you can just purchase the regular AP, not the premium. You will save something by doing this. Good Luck!!:) JOANN

I know that they have mentioned that if you buy the AP's at the Diseny Store, they are a little cheaper than at the Gates. Also you can order them from www.disney.com. Same thing, it knocks a few $$ off the price at the gate.

I just bought mine at the Disney Store, w/my Florida resident discount, and Disney Club discount (if you are not already a member of Disney Club, you can not apply now, as it is being phased out.)

They say for a regular AP, that to get the price you paid out of, you'd just need to use the passes 8 times to break even. As Joann mentioned, you can sometimes also get special rates at certain resorts with the AP!!

Every time I see this thread, I can't help but think, "Geez, they'd get a great discount if they were Disney Vacation Club members... "
