Sorry, but there's no rentals of Video Camera at WDW. Just stores where you can purchase cameras and supplies.

Why don't you rent one at home that way you can practice using it before your trip. Here in NJ we have Rental Country or Aarons.My BIL rented a dv camcorder a few years back and had a good time with it.Hope that helps.
