MOUSEFEST! I won a prize!
Hey guys! I'm back from my trip and I was able to experience a LITTLE bit of MouseFest. Not much, since I just got there at 2:25p and had to work the registration table until 3:30p! I did get to see Mickaholic as she was running out for her Candlelight Processional Package and I also met Ddoll and Turnwrench! It was nice to put faces to the names you see every day!!!
Anyway, when everyone walked in, they got a raffle ticket. In order to win one of the prizes, you had to be present at approx 3:30p when they did the raffle. So I was there after I finised my duties at the registration table! I WON A RAFFLE PRIZE! It was a big Disney "Where Magic Lives" shopping bag (you know the ones you can buy in the stores at WDW that are $6!) filled with 8 Disney/Orlando GUIDE BOOKS! I don't have it in front of my right now, but I got the Hidden Mickeys book which I am excited about! I even got it autographed by Steve Barrett who was there! I also got the TWO WDW Trivia books which I am REALLY excited about! I also got those autographed, too! I also got a few Orlando and Universal guide books, too. Will make for some good reading this year! It was cool to say that I won, considering we didn't get granted any wishes AT ALL during our trip.

Kim, that's a really nifty prize. I'm sure you'll be busy reading for awhile.
BTW, did you get the pass for DS's ADD. My oldest has PDD (an autism spectrum disorder), ADD, and an anxiety disorder. Standing in long lines with him can get kinda difficult.
