Fireworks at Magic Kingdom
I just looked on Disney's May calendar and learned that there are no fireworks (or the light parade) any of the nights we will be at Disney. We'll be staying May 18 - 23. Does anyone know if this is subject to change or is this schedule "set in stone"? I believe I am probably more disappointed than my kids will be, but it's part of the "magic" and I just can't believe they'll have to miss it!

Disney is notorious for changing hours and events frequently. I would check back regularly to the official site for hours and when you check in(if you are at a WDW resort)they will give you updated info. WDW does change hours and parades according to attendance and other factors. don't loose all hope!

If, indeed, MK fireworks aren't scheduled during your trip I would recommend the Illuminations fireworks show at Epcot closing every night as a more-than-adequate substitute.
