Cap'n Jack and Barbossa in POTC?
Hi all! I'm a new poster, but I love all things Disney!
We are headed for our third trip to WDW (6 more days!!!), and our first with not 1 but 2 small children (our younger son is only 5 months old, and that's another whole topic), and we want to make sure we've done what we can into the small time we've allotted. Yes, we will be resting and all that, and we aren't commandos and don't expect to see everything. Our older son, who's 4, is very into pirates of all sorts, and we want to make sure that he sees Cap'n Jack and Barbossa in POTC, since he loves the first movie. Can anyone tell me where they are, so we can make sure to point them out? Thanks for your help! **Cyn

In POTC, Barbossa shows up fairly early in the ride on board the Black Pearl trading cannon fire with the garrison. Cap'n Jack shows up 3 different times in the ride with the last time being at the very end of the ride

If I remember right he also pops up out of a barrel behind a man and his dog and he is standing with the dressmaker forms.

Thank you all for the information, and I will be sure to post after our trip! My husband has been laughing at me because I've been doing so much "research."
Sadly, we learned about the Pirate and Princess parties after we'd made our plans. We're going the 2nd (arriving *very* late) and leaving on the 5th. Sigh. Maybe next time.

You'll be happy to know that Cap'n Jack Sparrow appears IN PERSON (and omgosh is he gorgeous!) everyday at POTC (first show: 10:15 a.m.), where he gives a "Pirate Tutorial" on how to become a pirate,worthy to sail on the Black Pearl. All those willing to learn receive their "pirate papers" and are sworn in by Cap'n Jack himself. It's great fun! Don't miss it!

Best bet on seeing capt Jack is going to the pirate princess party, its a special party. he is at the party. Its the only place I saw Him I did see a non cast member dressed like barmosa. people dressed realy cool for the party. some as generic capt jack sparrow wanna bes. others I elaberate costumes looking like disney cast members. its an event that has to be seen! encreadable.
