AK touring advice ?

Was wondering if anyone would share their touring advice for Animal Kingdom.
We'll be touring with our 2 year old and wanted to see as much as possible at this particular park, since last year we missed all of the major attractions there.

Thanks in advance!!

I'm hoping for the same since all we got to see last time was Lion King and the Safari and It's tough to be a bug. These were awesome and we want to see them again but we want to do it right and see it all

When touring Animal Kingdom, be sure and keep in mind one thing: there are so few must-see attractions in this park that all of the best aspects of the park can be seen and done in just a few hours. If you go and you've seen Dinosaur, It's Tough to be a Bug, and Kilimanjaro Safaris, then you've seen the best parts of the park and can use the remainder of your time in one of the other three (more worthwhile) parks.

Don't forget to see the Festival of the Lion King...me and my son's *must see*!!! Also another must see show for us is Tarzan Rocks! We don't spend much time in Dino Land..although this next trip we may try to.

I would put Tarzan in the can be missed category. It is TOO LOUD!!!! I don't understand why people equate shouting and screaming with musical talent.

I love this park, and look at it differently.

Slow down and enjoy this park, especially with a two year old.

I'm sure he'd love the Boneyard - it's a giant playground, with an archeological 'dig' on the opposite side of the walkway.

Killamanjaro Safari is wonderful, and I do think Tarzan Rocks is a great show, more for the extreme sports (and extreme loincloth!) than for the musical talents.

Make sure you watch the African Drummers in Harambe - they are magnificent and your son may even be picked for the dancing demonstration!

Some view Rafiki's Planet Watch as a glorified petting zoo, but it's a magnificent place to catch characters, and little kids love being able to 'train' goats and feed the babies bottles of milk.

The aviary in Asia is a lot of fun, and a great learning experience for the kids - you can get pictoral cards to try to spot the birds. My kids love it, and we do it every time we go.

There are kids exploration stations around the park - make sure you look and stop. It's a lot of fun, and really neat to talk to the CM's.
