Finally got husband on board!
My husband has finally said yes to a Disney World trip. One thing it has to be next year. Well I'm ok with that That gives me time to plan. Any help at this point will be good. We are going in March or April. I like March for the pirate thing but my other son likes Star Wars. Has any one been to either. Which one would be better? Any tips on places to eat andsee would also be great.

I think Star Wars Weekends are in May and June, and I think the P&PParty runs Jan - Feb, but I could be wrong! And they certianly could change
 I think Easter is the 23rd of March in 2008, so I'd go for mid to late April

I think the early part of march is better than any time in April. you are going to experience off the hook crowds in april....avoid it if possible. the first few days of march is perfect. Where are you going to stay? The pirates and princess party looks adorable. Star wars weekend is also very popular, but I would still choose the first week of march over star wars weekend. You want little crowds and nice weather....march definately.

Congrats on getting your husband to agree to a trip!
 I have been during Star Wars Weekend before and it was a BLAST for any Star Wars fan...but very busy! You will probably find less crowds if you go before April/May. I hope you guys have a wonderful trip!

I think your boys would like to eat at the Sci-Fi Dine-in. You eat in a pretend drive-in with cars while showing old "scary" B movies.
If you are not bound by Spring Break I would say early March. Do you know where you want to stay?

We are going to stay either at Pop Centry or at thr Green Lakes for military people. We are going with some friends. Thanks for the sug about the rive-in its already on my list! I also think the 50's place would be cool too. Nothen better than good home cooken!

I would like to thank everyone for helping me. I think we have changed our minds and are going in May. This will be before school lets out but hopefully warm enough to go swimming.

Hi, just wanted to say welcome to MB. It's nice to see a fellow louisianian on here! lol
 I hope you guys have a great time at WDW. As far as suggestions for your boys, I would agree that the Sci Fi Dine-In is a fun experience. My future DH and I loved it, and the food was pretty good. The Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular is pretty fun. Full of lots of neat explosions and behind the scenes type things on how adventure movies are made. Boys + explosions =  lol

My husband said that WDW is a waste of lots of money. But who knows once he gets there he may become a big kidd.
