Probably repainting, maybe repaving, surely fixing all the guard rails. And I'm guessing the cars are due for overhauls.
I've done the speedway once. It makes no sense to drive those putt putt machines when I've just driven 200 miles at an average speed of 70 MPH and I didn't have to mash the accelerator through the floorboard to do it.
