According to the pamphlet, you just have to go to Guest Services and find out the exact time and where it is. Apparantly it is held daily between 1:30-4:30 in EPCOT's Innoventions West. It also says that you will need to show your Disney Visa card for entry.

I've already added it to my spreadsheet for EPCOT. I was jumping up and down all excited. Hopefully we can hook up with Rowdy, wouldn't that be fun!!!!!

I just got that yesterday but have not had a chance to go through it. Thanks for the heads up to look there.

Both times we tried there was a long line. We were there in October and early December. So we have never had the chance to do it.

I've done this and it is a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with the characters that are available. The information comes with your Disney VISA bill and that's how we originally found out about it. It is not crowded at all

If you get the chance, I would definitely do it.

We, like others have said, had no idea about this before we went to Epcot and stumbled on it in Innoventions (near the fire truck as was previously noted). There were about five families waiting for it to open, and our twins were ready to eat, so we decided against waiting for it. We stopped by a couple of days later in the AM when we were in Epcot and told it doesn't open until after 11 (I think?!?) and its not continuous. We also didn't know there was another building near Innoventions that was just an indoor character meet. I think it was Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto the day we peeked in, but we didn't stay then either since we had seen them all previously on the trip. I think it is a cool concept, but Visa needs to promote it more!

I did this in 2005, but TOTALLY forgot about it in December! I will do it in August!

When we went, there was NO ONE there!!!!!! It was GREAT! My son had the characters all to himself until another family showed up!

We did the meet and greet last November and it was wonderful. It was just my DH, DD and I with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy in a separate room. I would say we had 5 or 10 minutes of uninterrupted time with just us and them (and a photographer too). My DD played hide and seek with her Mickey Sorcerer doll with the gang and it made the day a very special one indeed.

That certainly does sound special. The uninterrupted time would be so heavenly!

I am just here to say I don't like this thread because we can't get Disney Visa's over here and I am just insanely jealous! LOL!

We did this our last WDW trip in '05. We got sooo.. lucky! A super nice CM ushered our family in... the photographer was not there yet. She said come on in and our friends will be with you in a minute.. Next thing we knew out came Goofy, Minnie, & Mickey. We got to "play" with them for like 15 min. We had them all to ourselves. DS & DD loved it! Not to mention Goofy kept messing with Rlander's hat the whole time. IT was AWESOME!! Goofy kept falling on the ground spinning around and acting silly. We received a 5x7 photo for free and since we were waiting so long for the photographer to show up, we took pictures using our own camera. For those that have not done this.. you go behind a curtain in a secluded area that is all painted and decorated with back drops. Really nice!!
