You can pick up a bday pin at City Hall on Main Street. At the resorts they often have pins also. My DS was given 3 pins at AKL. He was counting his bday wishes from people all weekend...when castmembers heard that thet would say Happy birthday sooooo many time to him. It was cute. Character meals they may sing to you and give you a huge cupcake. Other then those few things I dont know.

You can get a birthday button in every park. Epcot and MK buttons are the same, the other parks have their own design. Every CM that spots the button will do something. We got fps for BTMR, cupcakes at CP and confetti and birthday cards there. Birthday cards sent to the room from the resort and from their favorite character. They asked us when we checked in which characters we all liked the most.
Special treatment wherever we went.
