Seasonal Pass block-out at MK lifted for Laugh Floor Preview

I'm sure all SPs got the email...but I thought I'd post here too, since I didn't see it already mentioned. We won't be going, but maybe someone can take advantage!!

Seasonal Passholders, be among the first to enjoy our newest Magic Kingdom® attraction before it officially opens!

Friday, March 30 through
Sunday, April 1, 2007
Regular Park Hours

So that you don't miss this exciting Passholder event, the Seasonal Pass block-out at Magic Kingdom Park has been lifted for the dates of the preview.

Because you're a valued Passholder, you and up to three guests are invited to join "Monster of Ceremonies" Mike Wazowski and his wacky friends at Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, the hysterically funny new Magic Kingdom attraction inspired by Disney•Pixar's "Monsters, Inc."

You'll be at the center of the fun as a crazy cast of wisecracking creatures takes the stage to trade quips with each other—and maybe you, too! Under the watchful gaze of Roz, it's up to you and Mike to power the city of Monstropolis with riotous laughter!

Here are a few things to know:
For you to be admitted into the special preview, you'll need to present your valid Walt Disney World® Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID.

For your guests to be admitted into the special preview, they'll need to be accompanied by you.

Park admission will be required for your guests.

March 30–April 1, 2007

I hadn't thought about seasonal passholders, mostly because I forgot we're in a peak/black out period. I have an unrestricted AP just so I don't have to deal with black out periods.

I'm also planning to go on Friday the 30th, but I'll be solo. DW has to work. Not sure how early I'll leave home or how long I'll stay in WDW that day.

I was just thinking, if you have a seasonal pass and it's a blacked out weekend, does this mean they'll allow you into the park? I can be so dense sometimes.

I can't make it. We have SPs and I didn't get that e-mail. Bummer. Cool though that they are lifting the black-out though. I'm glad some may be going.

Normally, no you couldn't get into the parks. However they are lifting the black-out for this event. (which was the point of my original post...

)

Allyson, I did think that, but then I don't know what I was thinking. It's like I though they waived the seasonal blackout so they were included in the preview and I never considered it was a park blackout period so they'd have to pay to even enter the park. My own invitation says "because you're a valued passholder" then later says "you need to present your annual pass or seasonal pass".
I've been looking forward to this for months now. DW wants me to go even though she has to work that weekend, if only so that one of us gets the AP pin if they have one like for Everest.

I'm jealous. I wish we could go...I'd love to get to go to one of these previews one day. But it'd be silly for me to drive 6 hours for it when our passes are seasonal and the black-out is only lifted for the MK.

I'll just have to wait another 67 days to see it.
