I think

Well it depends on how much time you have. Both the parks are great and there are so many reasons to go to one but not the other. And go to the other but not the one.

Here are some reasons

Disney Studios:

RnR
Tower of Terror
Great movie ride
Great restaurants (Mama Melrose's, 50's Prime Time Cafe' and much more.)
Muppet Vision 3-D

EPCOT:

World Showcase
The Land
Test Track
Ice Station Cool

I think Disney Studios. But it is your choice.

Well, now I disagree.
I say Epcot.

Here's why:
Test Track
Spaceship Earth
Honey I shrunk...
Ellen Degeneres
Illuminations or whatever they call their fireworks
The living seas
I could go on and on about the things to see --
Plus all the fun restaurants and the English pub!
Plus you are right next to the boardwalk if you want to visit that afterwards.

That's my 2 cents -- lvbug : )
