All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

Is it possible?

We'd only be hitting our absolute favorites.

(And it will only be DH and Me)

YOU BET! I know you can do it. We did it with the boys once, we were exhausted, but we did it. :)

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

People are going to tell you "no," and "don't bother wasting your time" but you know what I am going to tell you... ABSOLUTELY!!!

For example, we were there on the Friday after Thanksgiving last year and were able to hit all 4 parks for at least our favorites.

Get there EARLY, plan out your day, take a few "breather" breaks, and personally I suggest doing it in during cooler weather if possible. I don't know when your visit is but when we did that in November it was nice & cool out and we did all parks no problem, this would NOT have been possible for our polar bear butts in mid-August.

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

I've never done it, but it sounds like fun to try. I am a GO GO GO person.

I am curious what order people hit the parks. I would think:

Animal Kingdom (since it opens early)
MGM
Magic Kingdom
EPCOT

But I am not sure if EPCOT last is wise due to FASTPASS and Future World Hours. I would possibly change the order to EPCOT, then Magic Kingdom (depending on how late Magic Kingdom is staying open).

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

We did it. On my birthday in late nov. I really wanted to hit all four parks. We started MK, then AK, had a late lunch at Epcot, went to MGM (mostly for the osbourne lights) and then back to Epcot for fireworks. Started at at 8 a.m. and got back about 11 P.M. My DH was very happy I only have one birthday a yr.

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

If you caught my thread about an interesting day in WDW, you'll see I did just this 3 weeks ago. I was very dead afterwards and don't recommend you try if you've only driven up for the day and are driving 200 miles back home.
But you must walk as fast as you possibly can and be prepared to shift on the fly. If you think it's going to be an issue, don't do this on your first day, instead, bank up some fast passes to use on your grand tour day.

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

Yes you can! Dave and I did this once..it wasn't the BEST time we've ever had at WDW but we did have lots of fun. We started out at AK for AM EMH (I think we ate at Breakfastaurus) rode Dinosaur and maybe the tree of life..and I think that was it. EE wasn't there yet. Spent the late morning/early afternoon at MGM to do Star Wars weekend but it was too packed so we rode ToT, Star Tours and Who Wants to be a Millionaire Star Wars Edition. It was tooo croweded so we headed over to Epcot early since we had an ADR at Rose and Crown that night..I think we did SE, MS (no Soarin there yet either) and maybe the Malestrom and hung out in the UK and Canada..and then we went to Mk for evening EMH. It was a LONG day...but we had lots of fun..we orginally planned on just Ak, MGM, and Epcot..but once we realized MK was open til 1 or 2 am that night we went ahead and did it..I dont think we're dying to repeat that anytime soon though!

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

DH and I are flying down in a little less than two weeks. We'll be staying off-property (it's ok since we'll be back in september on property) and we'll have a car rental.

I think we'll be able to do it since we won't have our 3 year old with us. We may also do Universal () since I've never been....

I'm so not a park planner when it comes to my Disney vacations because we just take it easy (kind of have to with DD) and enjoy the whole week there.
But if I'm just going to do one day here's what I was planning.
(I don't get EMH--staying off property)
Open at AK--Hit Everest (I ride alone--DH doesn't do coasters) and Dinosaur
Head to MGM--Hit RnR and Star Tours
Over to Epcot--Hit TT and Soarin (maybe check out Nemo ride depending on time)
Close at MK---Pirates (a must), BTMRR, and what ever else depending on time.....And can't miss Wishes!

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

I'm sure 4 parks in one day is possible but I don't think we could do it as we enjoy the parks to much to just hit a few places in each. we see a park a day and then revisit parks for shows or special attractions that may be going on

Re: All 4 Parks in One Day!?!?!

I'd just do our favorites since we will back down there in September/October for 9 days.

Oh it is indeed possible. It's a HUGE pain and very tiring, but it can and has been done.
