Park Tickets/Will-Call

How efficient is the whole will-call thing when purchasing park tickets? My friends have waited too long to purchase them. So, now their options are expedited shipping or will call. Are will-call lines just as long as regular ticket purchasing lines?

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

A couple of years ago I used Will-Call for our parktickets and it took less than 5 minutes to activate an AP and pick up 4 other tickets. I just went to one of the regular ticket windows at MK.

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

Can't she just go to her local Disney Store and buy her park passes there? Then there's no shipping and no waiting. Also, I'm pretty sure you can buy them at your resort upon arrival when you check in. Maybe that's an option?

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

I called the Disney store and they only sell park tickets which are for 3 days or more. My friend is only going for 2 days. And, we're not staying on-site.

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

I've picked up party tickets (MNSSHP and MVMCP) on several occasions at will-call with no trouble or much wait. Of course, I didn't try to pick them up first thing in the morning, lines are probably much longer then.

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

Will Call works perfectly... you are in the system, so you can get your park tickets at any Guest Services. It is fabulous! We even picked up P&P tickets at EC the day of the party. No problems!

Re: Park Tickets/Will-Call

We always use will call when we renew our APs, and have never had any problems. Just make sure to have the number or code you get when you purchase them. I have also found that the Guest Services windows (or something like that) to the right of the turnstiles at MK is usually VERY quick.

That's where we've gone and it was quick and easy. I even forgot the information at home and the CM looked our ticket info up using my home phone number.
