hours at the parks
where can I find the hours of operation for all 4 parks and water parks?

At Disneyworld.com. There is a link towards the top of the page that says "calendar". Click on that and it will give you each month, each park. If you click on the actual date, it shows you what time any parades/fireworks will be happening.
