How's this for a surprise?
Hi everyone,
So, only 26 days to go. We are leaving our DD last day of school and it is a total surprise for her and her sister. Soooooo, DD wants to go to the Rainforest Cafe for Lunch after school and we have agreed to take her there. Little does she know that she will be eating at the Rainforest Cafe in DTD  I am so excited.....I just can't tell DDs. Last time we told our oldest she got so excited that they sent her home from school because she vomited  So no pre trip vomiting this time

That is wonderful. You have to have the camera ready to take a snap shot of the suprise face. I love it... I wish I could have kept it for a suprise but there was no way... You will have a blast.

I just love surpirses like this
! We did something similar for my son when he was in Kindergarten. He woke up one day for school not knowing that we wouldn't be driving to school that morning...we'd be going to the airport bound for WDW . He was totally surprised.

We also surprised our son in December when we went down for a three day weekend. It was priceless when he figured out where we were!

We're surprising our 3 kids this fall. We usually drive, and this time we're going to drive through the night. Our plan is that everyone will just be getting in from all our activities (we have very busy evenings at church on Wednesdays--the day we're leaving), and the kids will get their teeth brushed, put their pj's on, and be all ready for bed. Then DH will say, "Oh, no! I forgot . . .Oh, no! Everybody in the car. We've got to go for a ride."
I think the older 2 will figure out what's going on when we get into a packed car, but we're keeping our lips sealed on where we're going. We know they'll fall asleep, and when they wake up, we'll be in ORLANDO!!! I can't wait! It's going to be so much fun, but it is soooo hard to keep this a secret. DH and I catch ourselves talking sometimes, and we have to slip in something about the NEXT TIME we're at Disney (which all the kids think won't be 'til November '08!).

I love all the ways everyone surprises the children.....It is really killing me not being able to tell them when we are leaving. They know we are going, they just know it is sometime soon.
DD was crying the other day because she wants to go back sooooo badly. I can't wait to see her face....I will make sure you all get to see that picture I will spare you the recording because you will all probably be able to hear the screams of joy where ever you are
