Dream Fast Pass

While at MGM yesterday, I saw lots of people with what was called a "Dream Fast Pass." It was a blue card with what looked like little tickets coming out of the side. The people wore them around their neck. One whole family had them, and I saw a individuals with them. Are they part of the Year of a Million "Dreams" program, or did they purchase these??

They are part of the Year of dreams. I think it's the "dream" I hear the most about.

Its probably one of the most common dreams around, though we never managed to get one in the two weeks we were there! We did find some just sitting on a wall at MGM on our last day but we were park hopping and wouldn't have been able to use them so reluctantly passed them into the help desk :(

They are definately an award granted by the dream time to random people. Our cousin got awarded one at AK last month. Since her kids are little and she was very pregnant, they couldn't really use them for much of the Fastpass rides in AK, so they just gave them to another family. I agree with JoJo in thinking it is probably the most common wish granted.

I would love to have one of these. One of our neighbors went to DW on spring break. When the got into the park, they made a beeline for the TOT. They were not in the first group to get to go into the preview room before the ride. A CM in a blue shirt came up to them and told them that they should not be disappointed because they were not in the first group to ride the TOT that day. There entire group, the second group of the day to go into the preview room were all awarded these Dream Fast Passes.

Funny thing is they had someone push in front of them to get into the 1st group to go into the preview room. Sometimes it does not pay to try and cut in line.

We got one too, 2 weeks ago in the Studios--We loaded into StarTours and they came in right before they started the ride!

I wonder if they knew that the had made a mistake being so rude or not. But still good one!!

They did. As they came out of the preview part and moved on to the que to get into the elevators, they all had these around there necks. The lady who cut in front of them even asked where they got them and could she get one.

We saw them in every park we went to. We did not get one but we were given little things like a free fruit salad at CBS caffateria, free water at Epcot world showcase, and my DD had her water squirt bottle($18) stolen while playing at a water fountain in Epcots UK and when we went to the Canada Pavillion I told the man and he gave us a certificate for a free one. Maybe I should have said something when DS8 was standing in line to pay for a hat in toontown and a man came up to him grabbed his $20 and took off. DS had thought that man was taking his money to pay until he got up to the cashier and called to me for money...and to think I was only 3 ft away both times things were stolen.

That is horrible and so un disney like! Someone stole a tinkerbell magnet off the back of our van at Pop Century in January!

That's just awful! I can't believe people sometimes.

Wow... that's just horrible. You really don't think about things like that happening at WDW, but I guess creeps go on vacation, too.

Too bad security didn't catch that.
