WDW Transportation Trading Cards...
Has anyone heard of these? I was told about them at a local card shop. Apparantly you cannot buy them, but you have to ask for them! Being a super-fan of all things monorail related, I'm hoping there is at least a monorail card! Anyone with info, please post here! Thanks!!

Check out ebay...they've got them. The cards are of the busses, boats, and yup even the monorail. They've got a picture of a character in the corner too. Really cute cards. One of the listings does say that you can't buy them and can only get them from CMs

ok...don't hate me for what I am about to tell you......but we were given a Monorail card on this past vacation and to be truthful, it was quite cool with facts and stuff on it but when we got home I threw it away!
   ! If I still had it I would certainly of sent you it but alas I have been a doughnut and cannot help you. ( I don't even wanna know what they are going for on Ebay!

Yes we have some. We took the ferry back to MK and one of the captains gave Madison 5 of them and explained that you have to ask for them. We were the only ones on it that night. You have to ask for them. We also have some monorail cards from when we have ridden in the front with the driver.

OMG.... I forgot to post this in our TR!!!
My daughter was wearing her birthday badge at TTC as we were waiting for the monorail to EC. And a CM came up to her and said Happy Birthday and he presented her with cards #7-18 out of 18 in total. Anyway, he gave her all of them in mint condition except the boat ones. He told her he didn't have the buses or boats and she'd need to ask a boat captain or bus driver for them!!! I think he said cards #1-6 are the buses and the boats. On the back, they have facts and figures and they are rally neat! I just got her cards out and here are the numbers (with a really bad description of the colored stripe... ): #7 Mark VI Monorail Silver #8 Mark VI Monorail Black #9 Mark VI Monorail Pink #10 Mark VI Monorail Blue #11 Mark VI Monorail Green #12 Mark VI Monorail Orange #13 Mark VI Monorail Purple #14 Mark VI Monorail Brown #15 Mark VI Monorail Lime Green #16 Mark VI Monorail Olive #17 Mark VI Monorail Reddish Brown #18 Mark VI Monorail Brownish Gold Here are some of the trivia questions form the backs: There are 12 monorails in the fleet. Daisy's nieces are named April, may and June. Donald's middle name is Fauntleroy. There is a hidden Mickey in the Boneyard Dig Site by the ground level drinking fountain. There is a hidden Mickey on the quilt in Minnie's House. There is a hidden Mickey in the Pinnochio Village Haus in the Blue Fairy Room (just above the banner) The monorails carry mor ethan 22 million guests annually. Each monorail car is 203 feet, 6 inches long. Top speed for a monorail is 40 mph. Each monorail car is 10 feet, 5.5 inches tall.

Thank you all for your responses! I will certainly be asking for the cards (especially the monorail ones!!) this summer!
I will be celebrating my birthday (6/30) while we are there, so hopefully............
