Wolfgang Puck and Downtown Disney

Hi everyone!

Well we just got back from out disney trip. It was GREAT!!!! Hard to come back home and go to work.

We had one problem while in Disney. We went to Downtown Disney and picked up a time schedule. Which said to look in the Downtown Disney map guide for times. So while we were in the planet hollywood store we saw some and picked one up.

Well we looked for the times of Wolfgang puck and planned out Downtown Disney with the times in the mapguide. Well by the time we got to wolfgang Puck it was closed. It wasn't even 11:30!! The Guide said that all the restaurants were open until 12.

The doors were open. We went in and a lady came over in a few mins and said sorry we are closed. So we showed her the time in the map guide and said what is this then. We just picked this guide up tonight. To which she said....."oh we haven't printed any new schedules since 9-11 and we have changed out hours and we close at 9:30 now."

I was alittle annoyed and said well how is anyone supposed to plan their time here? She shrugged her shoulders.

Everyone was quite upset since we all had planned on eating at Wolfgang Puck even before we left on vacation!!!!

That would really aggravate me too! With all the money you give to Disney while your down there, you think they would accomodate their guests better buy printing up more accurate information. :madmad

when I first read that I was shocked that in almost 2 years they hadnt printed a new schedule, but it didnt take long to remember how unsettled the whole world has been since 9/11... but I can understand how you felt :( I guess it will be best for everyone going soon to double check any hours.

Yes best to check the hours before you go! :) It was an amazing trip otherwise. I will have to write all about it, later.

Few little things......Beverly is very very gross!!!!! Dad says it tastes like iodine. (My parents, Sister and her husband, and two little girls all went with me)

We got to see Spectromagic, all the parades and fireworks, Everything was amazing!!!!!

We had a little fender bender....we were stopped at a red light with no where to do and the gy behind us bumped us. Not hard though thank goodness!

Then my mother feel and broke her hip on our 3 to last night. She waited to go to the hospital when we got home.

I will have to write and tell you all more about it when I can though! :)
