Animal Kingdom late-night?

I just noticed that one of the days we are going Animal Kingdom is open until 11:00 p.m. with during nighttime extra magic hours. Dave and I are notorious for closing down parks but I have never been to AK after dark! Has anyone experienced a late night EMH at AK?? I am so excited about it!

OMG BELLA!!! This was one of the BEST nights of our WHOLE November trip!! It was a BLAST!!! The park was near empty. We rode Kali 5 times without getting out of our raft & the CMs were having fun with everyone calling people "CHICKEN" if they wanted to get out of the raft

! We left the park SOAKING WET & laughing our butts off. The park was empty & it was a BLAST!!! i'll DEFINATELY do that again!

AK has only recently started staying open past 5, let alone 8. I guess the changes are due to EE, the Nemo show, Yak and Yeti and the Tusker buffet.
I haven't had the opportunity to be in AK after dark yet, but that might change as the year goes on.

I think it sounds like fun...Me and my DD are doing the EMH evening when we are there but it's only from 5-8...being at that park at 11pm would be cool..

There was one night during Thanksgiving week when the MK was open until midnight and it had EMHs until 3am!!

I personally think that is a little redunkulous BUT Daniel and I WISHED we had known about it 'cause we would have CLOSED THAT PLACE DOWN & just slept in the next morning! We were both bummed we missed it!

Could you IMAGINE?!?!? We were talking to a CM at Philharmagic & she said the park was EMPTY EMPTY EMPTY, she said a couple groups of college aged kids were just running the place!

DANG IT! I am DEFINATELY looking out for that next time we go during a busy season! 3 AM!!! OMG!

The night I leave WDW (8/31) they have EMH till 3am..I would love to do that. Me and Sara LOVED the late night MGM EMH we did last trip. We may try and do the EMH at the MK the night we arrive...it's till 1am. I think it would be SO cool to have the place more or less to yourself. Not many people staying up till 3am to go to the MK..

We stayed late on our last trip and it was really great! We rode EE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! Hoped off...ran through the que area...hop back on again!

We did a 3 AM at MK once and it was AMAZING!! They literally had to shut the doors to rides to get us to leave...At one point I honestly think we had Adventureland all to ourselves..unfortunatly we don't have an MK PM EMH this trip

I can't wait til AK After Dark..it sounds awesome.

We did one evening EMH at AK. Unfortunately, it rained and everyone ran for Dinosaur. So that got a little crowded.

But it was pretty cool.

We did EMHs at AK when we were there in august and it was great!!! That park is so amazing at night!! It's like nothing else. It was my favorite park for EMH's!!!

I didnt even know they did EMH at AK-oh I do hope there is one in Aug/Sep that would be terrific as we have always left that park real early because it was closing early.

THe EMH at AK never seem to work out for us, I really hope we get to try it at least once. Its sounds great!
