Fun facts to know and tell
ok- I sorta stole this from another site that I lurk on... But did you know that the birdhouses in Liberty Square are really speakers for music? Also, along the parade route where there are buildings... Look up sometime during the parade. The windows will be open-to let the hidden speakers in there produce sound for the parade. (the other website was talking about the great sounds from land to land in the MK-made me think about the speakers...)
ok- that is my fun fact... Share yours now...

Always wandered how the different areas of MK know when to start the parade music on the area speakers? The floats drive over sensors in the street and when they get close to, say, Liberty Square, the sensors send a signal to the area speakers to start the parade music!

On Cablevision here in Long Island, we have a WDW Travel Channel on demand. They don't update it very often (like once every couple of months
 !) but it's GREAT for that Disney fix. Anyway, they have a cool show that's called FACT OR FICTION and it either proves or discredits any rumors about WDW or DL. It's AWESOME!

I think pretty much any place you see simulated second floor offices, there are names. In Tusker House, there is a reference to AK's chief imagineer Joe Rhode on the faux travel office. (note: this is a hazy recollection)

I'll have to check to see if we have the Disney Channel On Demand. Now I have something new to pester my cable provider about. I would watch that channel all the time. I actually have most of the Disney Travel specials taking up space on my DVR. Some are a bit outdated, but they're still fun to watch on a cold winter's day.

If we could now, I would TOTALLY buy into AKV DVC NOW just from watching that.

If you time things right, you can catch Boss Mouse in a parade at the Animal Kingdom. This is rare and highly recommended/must-see event.
