xmas 2008 parade
I know this is way early but what would be everyones guess for the taping of the 2008 christmas day parade? I can arrange to be there Sat and Sun Nov 29th and 30th or Sat Dec. 6th. My DD would love to possible see some of her fav disney stars. Do they announce ahead of time anywhere who might be in the parade? Thanks for any info anyone might have or a website I might go to for this info.

I'm thinking it's usually the first or second week of December... I'm sure other MBers know. Probably the December 6th option would be best...

We were there last year during the taping. Nov. 30th and Dec. 1st. We stayed away on the 1st and on the 30th they were taping the intertainment (singers, dancers, etc.). We saw someone rehearsing on the stage, but didn't know who it was.

When is the last day for the parade? Does it end on the 25th or continue a few days after?

This is the parade that is taped and aired on ABC xmas day-When I called Disney to price a reservation I asked if they knew when it was they taped it and he wasn't sure. Looking back at old trip reports it seems like it's usually the first Fri and Sat in Dec. That's what I'll plan for anyway.
