Possible park shoes??
I'm thinking about getting these to wear to the parks. I know they're not the cutest but I have really bad feet and I can't stand a closed shoe in the heat.
Anyone have these or something similar to suggest? I have a pair of the croc sandals but want something with more support. Are they just too UGLY??? Be brutally honest. I can take it. Columbia Surf Tide™ II (Tusk/Fossil) - Walking Athletic Sandals

Re: Possible park shoes??
I would think that the straps would irritate you after a while IMHO. I do Crocs one day and New Ballance sneakers the next. I have bad feet too.I have found that New Balance sneakers made a huge difference for me. Everyone is different though. As far as looks, if they are comfortable, I would wear plaid platforms if they felt good!! Comfort before beauty! Of course, I am a guy though.

Re: Possible park shoes??
Well..... they're ugly.
![]() And not very feminine. But... I have shoe issues, too, and sometimes you just have to go with what's comfortable.

Re: Possible park shoes??
They are ugly, yes, but if your feet are comfy, then who cares?

Re: Possible park shoes??
Maybe if you wore them with some frilly pink socks?
Okay, yeah, that's a VERY bad idea. ![]()

Re: Possible park shoes??
I think they're just too ugly/dowdy/weired/beige looking.
Hey, you asked for honesty. Look on the web for some Berne Mav shoes. Totally cute and comfortable ![]()

Re: Possible park shoes??
I would wear them if they were comfortable and gave support. I don't think they are ugly...as long as you matched, they would look fine.

Re: Possible park shoes??
True, they're not the cutest shoe, but I think they're cuter than the crocs everyone where. I'd get them in a different color though. If they're comfy, who cares what other people think. I don't think too many people notice what we have on our feet anyways. Do they sale them in a store near you so you could try them on before buying? If they feel good, go for it.

Re: Possible park shoes??
Dopey and Dana the Berne Mervs are cute but I really need to have a sandal. My toe feel like they're going to suffocate if they're not out in the heat.
