Yes you can and I highly recommend doing so. I did not take or buy any on our trip in March and I was kicking myself for it. That will be a definite pack for my next trip.

We get the cheap water shoes from walmart to wear around Blizzard Beach. Heck, we even use them sometimes at grandma's pool too! With all the walking you'll be doing, and the hot sun shining on the walkways, your feet will be very thankful if you wear water shoes.
